Application:

Apply products to Paint Manufacturers Specifications
Paint will be applied to a consistent finish with no bleed thru of existing color
Cut lines will be straight and neat keeping paint off trim and ceilings
PPS uses only professional products such as Sherwin Williams, Ben Moore, California Paints and Pittsburg Paints

Completion:

Outlet covers, signs, window treatments will be put back on
Furniture will be moved to original position
Floors and carpets will be swept and vacuum clean
All trash and materials will be removed from job site.
Finish Paint Colors will be left for any future touch ups

RESIDENTIAL PAINTING

Arrival:

A PPS applicator will discuss the details of the project extent
Furniture will be carefully moved away from the surface and covered with painters plastic or drop cloths
Outlet covers, signs, window treatments, etc will be removed prior to painting
PPS employees will examine existing condition of paint on floors, trim, windows, ceilings, etc

Preparation:

Plastic and drop clothes will be used to cover floors, lights, furniture, etc
All holes, cracks and imperfections in wall will be mudded, sanded, caulked, holes filled with painters putty
Dust, Cob Webs, Dirt, Mold will be properly clean before application
Prime and marks that will bleed thru finish paint
